The decisions
- Transcription and speaker diarization run on-device (Whisper and CoreML), so recordings never touch a server.
- Every note is citation-backed to the exact transcript moment: honesty over hallucination.
- The AI layer is swappable: fully offline, local through Ollama, or your own OpenAI or Anthropic key.
